Damian Greco has over 25 years of corporate finance consulting with high growth companies. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business, Damian started his career at Citigroup in the investment bank’s Leveraged Finance Group covering the consumer product industry.
The bulk of his experience has focused on four industries; developing an expertise in each with respect to both their challenges and business development requirements in order to achieve high growth in revenues and in market share gains. These industries are: Consumer Products (footwear, apparel, and beauty skincare), Software as a Service, and Web3 blockchain technology companies.
Extensive experience in structured finance and negotiating terms of a financing based on the pre-money valuation with a lead investor; and extensive transactional experience on both the buy-side and sell-side for mergers and acquisitions. From discount cash flow analysis to user acquisition models, Damian has a breadth of experience that is uniquely suited to the ever changing needs of Founders in complex market conditions.
Damian has held senior finance positions at Smashbox Cosmetics of the Estee Lauder Companies, Oliver Peoples at Luxottica Group, and several venture capital backed technology companies. He is also on the Board of Directors of GOA Skincare and an Advisor to KOIO, the luxury direct-to-consumer sneaker brand.
