Solution: Promenade's expertise in consumer products and ERP's was a natural upgrade to the former vendor. 1) Review issues with absent monthly accruals. 2) Improve the Chart of Accounts, 3) Confirm month-end close list of data required from Founder to provide, 4) Shortened close from 30 days with prior vendor to 4 days with draft financials by 7th day.

Goal: The Lead Investor in company's Series A financing requested that Promenade be an advisor to develop the Brand's story and mission statement.

Solution: 1) Confirm the values of the brand which separates it from their competitors, 2) Create a 24 month blueprint for slotting in the upcoming influencers who share the same values, 3) Tap into Promenade's network of creators to develop and film the content across 3 of these influencers that will coincide with the sneaker design collaborations. 4) Utilize Promenade's relationship with Men's Health Magazine's Fashion Editor to introduce the sneaker brand which has led to 8 years of ongoing free publicity, 5) Result of the marketing campaign has led to Awards for the Director who Promenade brought on and massive credibility for the Brand which has led to millions in sales.
